Something further Reinforcing that this Collab isnt Asia Only would be that it not only came up in the EU Patchnotes as Stated before.īut as talked about in an Older Post of Mine. Which means that it is very well Possible that when the Captains Enter Sale they will also be Offered on EU and NA Servers. The Post there actually Said that the Captains will only Enter Sale on a later Date. While the Event for DMM Account Creators to get these Captains is already going in Asia. So it would make Sense if that Event of getting the Hololive Captains for Free would be Limited to Asia while the Hololive Collab itself would be Available Globally.

And everyone who Played Kantai Collection actually knows how much of a Pain it is to get an Account there when your from the Western World. WoWS in general has tried to make such collabs global, while Hololive might mostly be in Asia, but is not unaware of having fans outside of it and things such as Hololive USA are being worked on. Mostly based on the fact that it even gets mentioned on other servers and that I can't see why either side would restrict it. I'm not Conway, but I would bet it's only the DMM part that's exclusive. Unfortunately it is not Clear if this means only the DMM Part of the Event is Asia Exclusive and EU will simply have a Different way to Obtain the Captains (Shop or Doubloons etc) Or if the Entire Event is Asia Exclusive in the First Place and someone just didnt Remove the Captains being Added from the Patchnotes for the EU Server. The Announcement Handles Especially an Event where Players Registered on DMM get the Captains for the Collab for Free. Which Talks about the HoloLive Collab as an Asia Exclusive.
